Julie Spielberger, lead author of Chapin Hall's new study on teens in the library, discusses the role that public libraries can play in strengthening the skills of teenagers, building the capacity of libraries as institutions, and connecting libraries more closely to communities. Other presenters include: Sheila Murphy of the Wallace Foundation, Deborah Taylor of the Enoch Pratt Free Library, and Danista Hunte of the Baltimore Community Foundation. The conference concludes with a question and answer session, and is moderated by Jan Richter of Connect for Kids.
