Chapin Hall’s expertise with a range of research methods and experience in collecting, linking, and analyzing administrative datasets have led to partnerships with government agencies in the majority of states and with public and private organizations and associations throughout the country and internationally. The initiatives described here have been developed and maintained with Chapin Hall partner organizations.
The Center for State Foster Care and Adoption Data, a joint venture of Chapin Hall, the American Public Human Services Association, and other policy research centers, is a national network of child welfare agencies. Chapin Hall provides members with technical assistance in using our longitudinal data on foster children across the U.S. to analyze outcomes and assess their service and policy innovations.
Early Childhood Programs Supply and Demand and Young Children in Chicago are two websites maintained by Chapin Hall in partnership with the City of Chicago Department of Family and Support Services. These dynamic data resources are made available for the public.
