The Urban Universities Collaborative (UUC) is an informal group
of university-based policy research and community outreach entities
in the Chicago region, including:
In fall 1998, the UUC sponsored the first "Conference on Chicago Research and Public Policy," which was hosted by Loyola University. The second UUC conference was held in fall 2000 at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
